The production of healthy purified water is paramount to our business and involves the following processes:

1. Micro and carbon filtration

Water from a public source first passes through a series of specialized micro filters to serve as pre-treatment, preventing particles such as sediment, algae, protozoa or large bacteria from passing through to the carbon filtration process. The carbon filters removes chlorine, tainted taste and halogenated organic compounds (fluorine, chlorine, bromine, or iodine)

2. reverse osmosis

The water then undergoes a filtration process know as Reverse Osmosis (RO), a specialized water treatment, which is capable of removing up to 99%+ of the dissolved salts (ions), particles, colloids, organics, bacteria and pyrogens from the feed water (although an RO system should not be relied upon to remove 100% of bacteria and viruses)

3. Ozonisation and UV treatment

An ultraviolet lamp, using ultraviolet light and ozonisation is used for sterilizing any microbes and killing bacteria that may escape filtering by the reverse osmosis membrane to prevent microbiological contamination. Ozone is a highly reactive from of oxygen and a powerful disinfectant. Ozone naturally breaks down to oxygen, leaving no residual chemicals, toxins of contaminants

4. bottle sanitation

The bottling process is also paramount in ensuring quality hygiene standards. The environment is kept entirely clean by ozone and stringent hygienic practices, ensuring thoroughly cleaned and disinfected bottles and caps and a sanitized filling and capping process
